AKU Pilgrim GTX FG Brown Combat Boot

AKU Pilgrim Brown GTX FG Combat Boot is one the latest Combat Boots to be issued to British Forces.  Checkout the High Leg version here.  The AKU Pilgrim feature a Gore-Tex lining for waterproofing, speed lacing system and black Vibram sole, the boot is a great addition to the High Liability Combat Boot choices available to the British Army.

The AKU Pilgrim is shorter than traditional military issued boots and also much lighter in weight with its part leather, part man made materials including the Air 8000 ballistic lightweight material.

AKU Boots were successfully selected following an 18 month trial with service personnel.  It was competing against other boots also in the trial and scored high with the personnel in intensely active combat situations.
