Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions
Please read the following details to understand how the loyalty scheme works:
- Points Accrual: You will earn 1 loyalty point for every £1 spent (excluding shipping and any applicable taxes).
- Redemption Value: Each loyalty point is worth £0.02 when redeemed.
- Minimum Redemption Threshold: A minimum of 100 points must be earned before you can redeem points against an order.
- Points Expiry: Loyalty points expire 18 months from the date they were earned.
- Non-Transferable: Points cannot be transferred between customer accounts or exchanged for cash.
- Eligibility: Loyalty points can only be earned and redeemed by registered customers logged into their account at the time of purchase.
- Points awarded: Points are applied to customer accounts once products are dispatched to you.
- Refunds & Returns: If you return an item, the associated points will be deducted from your account.
- Scheme Changes: We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the loyalty scheme at any time without prior notice.
