MTP PCS Shirt, Genuine British Military Issue.  As worn the Army Cadets, Air Cadets, Sea Cadets and Combined Cadet Force.

Personal Clothing System (PCS) is the successor to CS95 and features a number of improvements, including button covers on pockets to prevent button catching and causing damage and strengthened seams between the legs.  Buttons have also been removed from the pockets and the zip cover flap, being replaced with velcro in order to reduce discomfort whilst wearing body armour.
